I love playing video games. I have been playing them since my parents bought an Atari 2600 with part of their income tax return in 1982. Since that time, I have played just about every platform I could get my hands on. (We were strictly a Nintendo home, no Sega)
I can also remember spending my recess time in first grade typing in lines of code to a commodor 64, just hoping to get it all done (and working) before the bell rang, only to have to save it on to a cassette tape to continue later.
Ever since, I have been trying to get into making games, whether it be trying to learn Visual Basic and C# on my own, or making mods for games, I have always been playing and learning.
Then a few years ago, I took the huge leap of earning a BS degree in Digital Entertainment and Game Design. It was a long road, and I learned a lot along the way. But now I know I need to make my dream a reality on my own.
So hopefully, this website can grow to show my commitment to that dream of being a game designer.
Thank you,
Brian Armstrong
